What Is This?
Consisting of over 200 social videos (with over 100,000 impressions and counting), blog entries, live events, and collaborating with 13 other cold bathers from around the world, I created a movement for ice bathing. My book is part memoir, part how-to, part self-help, part psychology, and includes stories of pain, power, and triumph over the odds. I'm so proud of this project.
